- At all times carry out service and repairs to a high standard
- Always provide honest and accurate advice
- Provide, if required, full written estimates for any work or services to be carried
out
- Notify all our customers of any additional problems that require further attention
and acquire authorisation before continuing
- Fit only original parts or parts of matching quality
- Service vehicles still under warranty in accordance with the manufacturer's service
schedule
- Ensure all service information is recorded in the service record book and stamped
- On request all replaced parts are available for inspection at the time of collection
- Try our very best to notify our customers of unforeseen long delays that may affect
collection time
- Take best possible care of all vehicles and interiors
